When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional engagement interest, optional application scope, and message content. Server logs may include IP address and basic request metadata. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described on the Cookies page.

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to briefing requests, prepare engagement proposals, and keep records of communications. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, accounting, or legal obligation. Engagement project files follow the retention stated in the engagement confirmation.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to contact@datacloudforge.digital. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

If we use email or hosting providers that process data outside Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify material processors on request.
