Fees follow the shape of the engagement. Most work is fixed-price after a short discovery call; heavier multi-application scopes are quoted individually.

What changes the fee
Scope grows when history is fragmented across stores, when more than one application must be compared, or when an on-site kickoff in Korea is required. Travel expenses for on-site days are billed separately at cost.
