About DataCloud Forge
We are a small analytics practice based in Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, working with teams who need honest readings of application usage—not more charts for their own sake.
Origin
DataCloud Forge began when capacity planners kept asking the same question after every release: which usage movements were real, and which were noise from instrumentation or calendar effects. The practice formed to answer that question with written assessments rather than perpetual tooling pitches.
How we work
Engagements stay bounded. We name the application, the history window, and the decision the findings must support. Analysis happens with your existing telemetry wherever possible. When the signal set cannot support a claim, we say so in the document instead of stretching the data.
People
Work is led by senior consultants who have spent years reading request, session, and feature-path series for cloud-native applications serving Korean and regional audiences. We partner with your product and operations contacts; we do not insert a large delivery team between you and the findings.
